Hi there, Sorry for forgetting to mention that. I'm using an up-to-date Intrepid.
I tried the alpha 2 live CD of Jaunty, but it doesn't work, as it asks if it can install the missing codecs, but then goes in an infinite loop (alas a different bug). So I can't say if this bug affects jaunty, as another bug is holding me from testing it. It should easily be reproducable in an intrepid installation (maybe even live CD, didn't try).
