* Rebuild for libgnome-desktop-2-7 -> libgnome-desktop-2-11
transition. (LP: #309529)
* Fix FTBFS due to libgnome-desktop transition.
- Add build depend on libgnomeui-dev
- Add fedora-icewm-configure.dpatch derived from Fedora
+ pkg-config --cflags gnome-desktop-2.0 doesn't implicitly include
libgnomeui-2.0 anymore, so add it in explicitly
