I get the same messages, but after I copied the evolution folder and gconf folder from another machine. The headers show up, but it's impossible to get to the actual mail. When the program is in this state, it's also not possible to close the program in a normal way. So, there is a code path leading to this error. In the mean time, can you suggest a version of Evolution that's relatively free of defects?
