Up between the "System" section in my bug report, and "Steps to
Reproduce" I disclose the operating system - Ubuntu 8.10. ( ;-) )

You are most welcome. And you are right, I had no package listed and
even looking at ". . . .FindRightPackage" did not help me there. Thanks
for the fix-up!
"For future reference" (smile!) "you might be interested to know"
(smile!) that when a user's system is *TOTALLY* borked, hozed, fuzzed,
or whatever - the internal reporting capabilities wont do the
user/reporter a DARN bit of good. I darn sure can't use it if I can't
see it. :-D
However, despite all that, it is great information and I appreciate it.
I added a comment to bug 197637 referencing this bug, bringing forward
to that bug the requested changes from this one, and re-opened 197637
again.
Chris_c - when you mark an open bug as a duplicate of a closed bug,
shouldn't you re-open the closed bug that you are referencing back to?
