Public bug reported:
On 9.04 alpha 3, clean install, on a Dell Inspiron 1420N, when booting
on AC power all is OK, however once I unplug the computer, the cursor
will begin to 'jitter' from side to side as I use the trackpad and the
UI will become noticeably slower. If I 'switch user' to a different
account, at the login prompt click options->quit, and unlock my screen
with my password, this problem disappears.
