open seahorse select "remote -> search remote keys" (I'm trying to translate my seahorse italian version) type a search pattern in the form and then press "find" import the key you have found (with the "import" button) in the collected keys tab you see the just imported key now delete this key (select the key, click on it with the right button of the mouse and then select "delete the key") you will see that the key is still there.
At this point close seahorse and re-open it.
