Binary package hint: gimp
If I attempt to use the Scissors Selection Tool any higher in a photo
than 15 pixels from the top of any size photo, the tool will not
continue upwards. It will cut my selection off on a flat line across
the photo.
Using Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex
Application is GIMP 2.6.4 Image Manipulator
I expected the Selection tool to follow me up to the top of the photo.
Instead, it cut off a straight line across the selected span.

Selection Scissors will not allow me to go any closer to the top than 15 pixels
of any size canvas (GIMP 2.4.6)
