Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

Network arrows of upload and download have wrong size, smaller than
should be and they are overlapped with the correct size ones. After
placing the mouse over the arrows, the arrow graphic is somehow updated
and they show correct size. This misbehaviour of arrows is quite random
when opening the system monitor clicking in the panel tray graphic,
sometimes both arrows are corrupted, sometimes only one of them and
sometimes none of both. Can't find a relation between CPU load or
something like that

Running Intrepid Ibex i386 with universe, multiverse, backports and
proposed repos.

** Affects: gnome-system-monitor (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
