Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

When you open a directory in list view mode and type in the first few
letters of a folder name, the line is selected of a folder that starts
with that name. So far so good.

When you see a folder that you want to open or expand you click on it
but the wrong one is opened (the top folder in your scrollist). Kind of
annoying..

This bug wasn't there in the Nautilus version used in Ubuntu 8.04.
I use Gnome in Compiz mode but it's also there if you disable it.

Description: Ubuntu 8.10

Expected: That the folder I clicked on, to open.
Happened: The top folder is expanded.
