Thanks for your bug. The actions are to the session dialog, you can open
that dialog from the system menu. You can attach images using the left
frame of the bug page, there is an "Add Attachment" label, click on it
When did you update? Did you get that issue before or is that new since
an upgrade? What does "gdmflexiserver -a -c QUERY_LOGOUT_ACTION" write
on a command line?
