I can confirm this.
What's happening when you are connecting to webdav share using "Connect
to server" dialog is that the path /folder is sent to the server. This
is no matter if you specify /folder or /folder/.
When your server is getting the /folder (without trailing slash) it
sends a http 301 respons, pointing towards /folder/ (adding the trailing
slash). This doesn't seem to be catched and handled properly.
