Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
The panel used to appear above the File menu line, along with the
network/pidgin/etc information. Now the panel has dissappeared from the
screen as well as the bottom panel. The only way to see a print window
or other pop up is to alt+tab to find them.
How do I correct this.
