Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
When I take out the 9-cell big battery and put back the normal one, a message
appears saying the battery might be broken.
I expected the system to recognise that this is a lower capacity battery, and
not get all worked up about a broken battery.
At first glance it would seem this is easily fixable by reading the battery
design capacity and serial number from under /proc/acpi/battery/BAT*/info, no?
This is in current Jaunty alpha.
