I have the same problem and I don't use deb package from getdeb.net.
I seems that the brasero package from intrepid backports (brasero
0.9.1.-0ubuntu2~intrepid1) is the culprit : removing it and restarting nautilus
fixes the problem.
language-pack-gnome-fr is 1:8.10+20081107
