Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
If a Unix host has an uppercase character in the name, Nautilus is unable to connect to it. For example, I have a PC named Ghandi. If I type ssh://Ghandi in the Go To field I get "Could not display "sftp://ghandi/"." Nautilus should not be converting the name to all lower-case. ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Unable to sftp into a host that has an uppercase character in its name. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/328350 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
