Nautilus-sendto ships new plugins but based on software on universe so seb128
adviced to create a package nautilus-sendto-universe will specifically ship
thoses plugins.
So I did it, please find hereunder the changelog

* New package based on nautilus-sendto, plus the following changes
* debian/control.in:
- add libempathy-dev and libempathy-gtk-dev as Build-Depends for empathy
plugin support
- add libgupnp-av-dev as Build-Depends for upnp plugin support
- Depends on nautilus-sendto (source:Version)
- drop components not needed to build universe plugins
- update Description
* debian/copyright:
- update debianized part to state that I modify it based on a previous
work
* debian/rules:
- use DEB_DESTDIR := debian/tmp
* debian/nautilus-sendto-universe.install:
- list only modules needed by nautilus-sendto-universe
* debian/patches/:
- drop directory and build_gajim.diff as it is no more required.
