Public bug reported:
If I add the weather report panel to my main panel and I restart the
computer and no internet connection works the main panel freezes for
about 1 minute and then it gives an error regarding the weather
reporting panel crash and also the clock. The clock disappears too, I
think it's when ntp is activated and no internet connection was found.
Note: the original reporter indicated the bug was in package 'weather';
however, that package was not published in Ubuntu.
