Hello Michele, Please try it again. I noticed that I didn't clearly state that the key combination is ctrl+alt+8 and ctrl+alt+2. The number 8 or 2 map to the up and down arrow on the number keypad. When I tried this key combination using the numbers 8 and 2 on the main keyboard it worked.
