When a stfp connection reaches its timeout Nautilus (and every program
which has been using that remote files) becomes unstable. That is, Gedit
crash, Gimp crash, Nautilus says an error message and hangs.
To reproduce this error:
- Connect to sftp server, via Nautilus, and open remote files with Gedit and
Gimp (for example).
- Hibernate or leave the host about one hour without using it.
- Applications which have got a remote file becomes unstable, crash or hang.
