You have been subscribed to a public bug:
1. click "Other Options..." button in keyboard layout setting.
2. clear the check boxes for "Alt+Shift change layout." and "ScrollLock LED
shows alternative layout."
3. close dialog
4. click "Other Options..." again.
5. did not save clearing the check boxes.
I uses Japanese Keyboard Layout (Japan or Japan OADG 109A), both layout
reproduce above bug.
** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
