I ran evolution with the following command:

CAMEL_DEBUG=all evolution &> evolution.log

This unfortunately created a 60 meg log file and has a lot of personal
data in there that I am not comfortable posting. I will be happy to to
look through it or send you parts of the log file if you can tell which
parts you need.

As far as reproducing this bug, here's how I have evolution setup. I am
connecting to gmail using imap. I don't have any tags setup in gmail,
so everything comes through in the INBOX. I have setup custom labels
inside of evolution. I then setup filters similar to:

if sender is "b...@blah' then set label 'work'

I even have a catch-all filter (the very first filter) that is:

if all then set label 'inbox'

I then have virtual folders setup to display messages based on their
labels. Most of the time messages are filtered correctly and the
virtual folders display them correctly. But several times a day, I'll
get a batch of new messages that don't seem to get filtered (they don't
even match the all filter that sets the 'inbox' label).

I have noticed something odd. Occaisionally I'll get new messages which
appear to be filtered correctly, and I can see that I'll have unread
messages in my virtual folders. But as soon as I click on a virtual
folder, the messages dissapear from that folder and the unread count
goes back down to zero. The messages are still marked as unread in my
imap INBOX, but they seem to have lost all their labels that the filters
should have applied.

So I wonder if my filters are working correctly, but for some reason,
messages are losing their labels?
