I suspect, after seeing bug #32532, that the correct default for this
should just be "mozilla-thunderbird %s", since thunderbird will
correctly do the compose thing if "%s" is "mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]", while if
"%s" is empty (as it would be in the "press a hotkey to open my mail
app" case), it will just load the main folder view.

Doing it with "-compose %s" means that that user will hit his email
button and get an empty compose window instead of the folder view.  I'm
not positive, but I don't think that's the expected behaviour from an
"email button" on a keyboard.
