Minor issue affecting Ubuntu Jaunty Alpha 5. When new themes are
applied, the message to ask whether or not to apply the new theme
contains HTML tags (such as <span>).
Locale is en_GB - assuming this has any effect.
To reproduce:
* Download any tarball of a new theme
* Install it via gnome-appearance
(The Dialog should then appear..)
