Description of the problem:
There is what appears to be an empty space for a menu item when you click on
the file menu of a spatial nautilus window with nothing selected.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Places -> Home Folder.
2. In the window that appears click on File.
Expected results:
Menu to be listed like this:
Create Folder
Create Document
--
Open Parent
...
Actual results:
Menu appears like this:
