While I can connect to geraldreisner.ipower.com via 3rd party ftp software
(e.g. Filezilla), I am unable to connect to the ftp site using
"Places-->Connect to Server". Other colleagues have had the same problem.
I called iPower to report the problem, but I don't think they understand the
problem; as far as they're concerned everything works okay because they can
access the ftp location. The issue is connecting with the Connect to Server
applet. I am successful in accessing other ftp sites. Don't really know if this
is a bug....!!??!!
