This seems to be a new bug in jaunty in the last few days: I've twice
experienced that when exiting one zsh shell by pressing ^D then whole
gnome-terminal process crashes or exits, killing all my terminals. I
didn't get a crash report therefore I don't have a backtrace. I'm using
2.25.91-0ubuntu1.
