Public bug reported:
The X session labeled "Secure Remote Connection" should, perhaps, be more
properly labeled:
"Secure startup of /etc/X11/Xsession on remote host"
In fact, that's what the script does is try to run /etc/X11/Xsession
remotely.
Contacting a remote host that doesn't have that script installed, will signal
back to the user,
and what the user will see on the gdm client host console may imply the system
has mis-installed
X.
At least when you issue ssh -Y u...@host /etc/X11/Xsession on a command line,
the error you get back "/etc/X11/Xsesssion command not found" makes sense in
context.
Perhaps the best thing to do is to name this session something a little
less generic?
