Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: rhythmbox
Sorry for opening a new bug, but i've read the other similar reports, and
didn't feel this really belonged in any of them.
The issue is pretty simple... after enabling crossfading backend,
double-clicking an internet radio station triggers rhythmbox to buffer that
stream for several minutes, then to cancel the playing alltogether. The same
stream starts playing instantly once crossfading is disabled.
The "Network Buffer Size" is set to the default 1024kB with a 1sec
crossfade. The streams i've tried this with are from di.fm.
