Public bug reported:
Taking a screenshot with gnome-screenshot by pressing the "PrintScreen"
key does not work when an application menu is open.
Steps to reproduce:
1.- Take a screenshot of your desktop by pressing "PrintScreen". The
screenshot is taken.
2.- Press ALT+F1 to open the Applications menu. Press the "PrintScreen"
key to take a screenshot. Result: the screenshot is not taken. Expected:
the screenshot should have been taken.
The only workaround for this is to execute gnome-screenshot from the
comment line specifying the --delay option:
gnome-screenshot --delay=10
Only that will let you take a screenshot when a menu is active.
** Affects: gnome-utils (Ubuntu)
Severity: Normal
Priority: (none set)
Status: Unconfirmed
