If i change the Loging In sounf via Login Manager from
System>Administration>LoginManager my mp3's dont play in ubuntu, I
played around and put the files into /usr/share/sounds and the same
problem. I removed Totem and Gstreamer completely using synaptic package
manager and the restricted and restarted then reinstalled it all, I
thought at first this was the problem. I even reinstalled ubuntu, then
as soon as i tried to change the logingin AND the warming sound in the
Login manager no more mp3 playback.
There it is sounds simple and crazy but this is the bug. lol Oh I was
using robot retro sounds pack available on gnome art site.
