Intrepid Ibex (8.10).
-- [Expected operation] --
zenity --entry
Type [Ctrl + Shift + U] to enter Unicode entry mode, then type 263a, the
Unicode hexadecimal for the smiley face. You'll see the characters
underline one at a time. Hit enter, and all five characters "u263a" are
replaced by the smiley face.
-- [Actual operation] --
The expected behavior fails to happen when you're using a Gtk password
box.
zenity --entry --hide-text
Repeat the same steps. Instead, only two of the characters are
underlined.
