Pedro,

The problem with the formatted current message
not being displayed is that selecting "recover"
after a crash turns off the bit set by

View -> Preview -> Show Message Preview (a checkbox)

That takes quite a while to find due to an HI design
problem. When "Show Message Preview" is not set, the
string, "Show Message Preview", looks like a title on
the popup menu. There should be a checkbox there.

I will collect the crash data and submit it.

I would like to say thank you very much for all of
your efforts and fine work. I use Evolution every
second of the day and night and it has kept me from
having to resort to things much worse than I would like
to consider - for example Microsoft. You guys great.

I had an issue a year or so ago in Evolution not being
workable over a remote X link. The problem was that the
task bar notification plugin was behaving poorly. I did
not look into it - may have been expecting mmap or some
such. Once it was disabled - all worked great.

You can post any of my replies.

Thank you again and thank you very much,
Doug
