I am replying to a normal email distribution with several users listed. I replied to this email with "reply all". As you can see it added my email address to the CC field.
I think I figured out what's be going on though. Exchange gives you two email addresses. One uses your full name and one uses an abbreviated form (chamilto in my case). I have my email address entered in the exchange preferences using the abbreviated form. The CC field on reply-all contains the long form.
