Open file in nautilus or terminal with gedit, change in it and then save
without error.

Special things with this is:
I have åäö, Swedish letters in the file or directory name
Works without problems in any other texteditor, tried: gphpedit & bluefish
so there are no problems with the chown or something like that
mount line in /etc/fstab
//192.168.1.101/raidenroot /home/user/privat/ smbfs
credentials=/home/user/.pwd/pwd,uid=user,gid=user,iocharset=utf8 0 0
error when launching
gedit /home/user/privat/privat/docs/önskelista/önskelistajul2007.txt
