I confirm this bug wich appear only if your panel is 36px sized.
In fact, it's only the icon itself wich feature a pie chard in the 48x48
size. ( see /usr/share/icons/Human/48x48/apps/ooo-writer.png )
This icon is more a generic OOo icon thant an OOo icon.
