Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gedit
>When I use the "External Tools" plug-in, some "Tools" cause the "Highlight
Mode" of the current document to be reset to View-->Highlight
Mode->Sources-->C. This only seems to happen with "Tools" for which "Replace
current document" is the output option. I even tried reopening the file, and
closing and reopening gedit, to no avail. Finally, I tried manually changing
the highlight mode (which I didn't realize was possible before this problem
crept up). The problem could be in gedit itself, or the External Tools plugin.
