Public bug reported: Binary package hint: metacity
Ubuntu: 9.04 Jaunty alpha metacity: 1:2.25.144-0ubuntu1 I have a dual head "xinerama style" setup, with an additional panel at the bottom of the second screen. When maximizing a window in the second screen the window uses the whole screen, not taking into account the panel. In the first screen it works as expected, the windows ends aligned to the panel. Before upgrade (using 8.10) it was working well even on second screen. Second screen is right of first, if I "reduce" the panel clicking on the left arrow, the panel appears on the first screen, before upgrade it disappeared correctly. A similar bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdebase/+bug/130250 I've searched gnome bugzilla, but found nothing. Should I report the bug there? Any hint on how to file a good report? ** Affects: metacity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- [Regression] Maximized window behind panel in second screen (dual head) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/347366 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to metacity in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
