Public bug reported:
I just installed some updates to dapper. One of them was a new kernel.
After installation, the "restart required" bubble appeared, but it
looked like it was in the wrong place; it was partially obscuring the
lower panel. And the text it contained didn't fit into the bubble
properly.
See the attached screenshot. Note that I'm using xubuntu (XFCE4) not
GNOME.
