Binary package hint: metacity
Screen works fine, but when I press the maximize button in any
application window, it only resizes to the upper half of screen. This
behavior happens with all programs and all time.
Moreover, if I cannot move an icon in the desktop from the upper half of
screen to the bottom
It happens since upgrading from 8.10 to 9.04
