Other users have the problem as well. (I created a new user to be sure.)
It takes the following steps to reproduce:

1. Have a server available where you can login via ssh.
2. Start Nautilus.
3a. Switch the address bar into typing mode (if required).
3b. Type "ssh://server.domain" (or "ssh://12.34.56.789") into the address bar.
4a. Accept fingerprint (if required).
4b. Type in username an password of your account at the server.
5. Read the error message that states that the place cannot be mounted and find 
out that it has been mounted anyway.
