Is this more a font bug or a font renderer bug?

If it's only a font bug we can fix it, a couple of instructions here and
there and the character will be the correct. It would be nice if we
could get a list of what characters display the same bug.

Of course Pango could take care of this too, some other fonts might have
the same bug.
