i am facing a great problem in my ubutu 8.10 i am web designer so when i
want to test my websites in different resolutions so each and every time
when i set my resolution other than 1440x900(default resolution of my
monitor) then ubuntu log off and returns and when i set my resolution on
default values then returns to desktop(this time without log off) but
the content of the top bar(time, sound etc. icons) and bottom bar(trash
icon)are not well i arranged i will manually arrange them again.

So pls solve both the problems
1. it log off each time on changing resolution.
2.Icon of top and bottom bar are not auto arranged on changing resolution .

i am using:
Intel core 2 duo 2.66 Ghz E7300 Processer,2 Gb RAM,Asus P51 KVLM motherboard
with intel DG 31/33 chipset, samsung 19" inch LCD monitor.
