[ What is expected to happen ]
When a window/application on a workspace other than one that is active sets the
"Urgent" hint (i.e. strobing in the window list/taskbar), one should be able to
right-click on the application's button in the window list and select "Always
on Visible Workspace", thereby bringing it to the active workspace (and all of
them for that matter).
[ What actually happens ]
The application's button remains "Urgent" and visible on all workspaces,
however, the window remains permanently inaccessible. Clicking on the
application's button in the window list will result in seemingly random
workspace changes, and cannot be repaired until the window is closed.
** Affects: gnome-panel (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
