opening gstreamer-properties and i.e. setting Video Default Input to Custom
v4l2src device="/dev/video0" ! videoscale
test works nice, closing gstreamer-properties and opening it again. the setting
is back to the default value
the settings are also not used in applications like cheese.
setting the custom pipeline in gconf-editor, it gets reset opening
gstreamer-properties.
