Sorry for the lack of information. I'm not a developer, but wanted to
try 9.04. After upgrading to 9.04 beta I noticed a huge decrease in
battery performance: 3+ hrs to 1:30 hrs. The gnome-power-manager >
Power-History indicates that 40W are being used when it is unpluged and
<15W when on AC. This seems contrary to what it should be.
