Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gedit-plugins
This seems to be related with gedit-plugins package. Almost all times that I open gedit (from a terminal to see the backtraces) then when I close I see something like: gedit Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/lib/gedit-2/plugins/snippets/Document.py", line 619, in on_view_destroy self.stop() File "/usr/lib/gedit-2/plugins/snippets/Document.py", line 66, in stop self.set_view(None) File "/usr/lib/gedit-2/plugins/snippets/Document.py", line 134, in set_view self._set_view(view) File "/usr/lib/gedit-2/plugins/snippets/Document.py", line 126, in _set_view self.instance.language_changed(self) File "/usr/lib/gedit-2/plugins/snippets/WindowHelper.py", line 119, in language_changed self.update_language() File "/usr/lib/gedit-2/plugins/snippets/WindowHelper.py", line 105, in update_language self.window.remove_accel_group(accel_group) AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'remove_accel_group' /home/alexandre/.gnome2/gedit/plugins/snapopen/__init__.py:69: GtkWarning: SnapOpen: missing action SnapOpenAction manager.ensure_update() Falha de segmentação (core dumped) Not always the same error, sometimes the error comes from other plugin. The last backtrace refers to SpanOpen, it seems to be an API change of Gedit that is disconnecting the events before plugin deactivation.
