Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gedit-plugins

This seems to be related with gedit-plugins package. Almost all times
that I open gedit (from a terminal to see the backtraces) then when I
close I see something like:

gedit

/home/alexandre/.gnome2/gedit/plugins/snapopen/__init__.py:69: GtkWarning:

  manager.ensure_update()
Falha de segmentação (core dumped)

Not always the same error, sometimes the error comes from other plugin.
The last backtrace refers to SpanOpen, it seems to be an API change of Gedit
that is disconnecting the events before plugin deactivation.
