Lenovo laptop 3000 N100 0768-A53. Depress fn (function key) and f11 to
increase screen brightness, f10 to decrease screen brightness.
Brightness does not increascreen brightness appletse or decrease much
but reverts to a minimal default. Brightness applet added to panel works
properly. Bug appears in both live cd and disk install. This bug not
found in Ubuntu 8.10 and LinuxMint 6.
