Using Jaunty kernel 2.6.27-7 32 bit updated this morning 08/11/08. After
logging in I sometimes (but not always get the following error 'The
panel encountered an error while loading "OAFIID:GNOME_MixerApplet"' see
attached screenshot. This may be linked to a Pulseaudio problem I get
in my user.log:

or it may be due to random problems when the user switcher username is
missing from the righthand corner of the top panel. Sorry for being a
bit vague.
