Public bug reported:
When extracting a ZIP archive (such as a WordPress theme) to an FTP
server on Ubuntu 8.10, File Roller returns that I don't have permission
to do so. This means that I have to extract it to a local directory and
then move it to the server using Nautilus. It should be able to directly
upload to the FTP server.
