reopening, your bug would not be wrongly marked as fixed if you were
clear. When somebody asks "do you still have the issue or is that fixed"
you can give a reply making clear to which one you say "yes", your
comment looked like "it happened once and work fine now since the
reboot" == was a ponctual issue fixed == bug to close
